about
This is the first song I ever wrote, when I was 14.
I previously released it with one of my old bands called The Strangers.
The lyrics are about getting offered weed in a park in Manchester and being uncertain about my future.
lyrics
Well I'm done, I heard you're with it
Red snake eyes and a needle through it
Green grass blades, three yellow birds falling
Pirate gangs and a mantis crawling
Clear blue sky, blind to the eye, invisible threats dying to try
Wouldn't give his pride, just to rely
Clear blue sky, blind to the eye, invisible threats dying to try
Wouldn't give his pride, just to rely
There's a million ways in which to do it
If I was taught, if I knew it
Flow down, flow down the river
Escape my fears, left with a shiver
Clear blue sky, blind to the eye, invisible threats dying to try
Wouldn't give his pride, just to rely
Clear blue sky, blind to the eye, invisible threats dying to try
Wouldn't give his pride, just to rely
